The location was convenient for me. The Internet connection was good.

There were no bedroom light neither spot light in the bathroom, which I reported to the concierce by checking out. Room was not especially clean and was a bit run down.

The location is not so good for visiting Copenhagen if you are without a car, because the nearest Metro or Train station is far away. And the water pressure in the bathroom is too low.

The hotel is located in a residential suburb, which is great if you're looking for a quiet place to stay. The bus stops are very close to the hotel, making access to Copenhagen city centre easy. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of healthy options.

The size of the family room is quite cramped for 4 people.

Value for money very poor compared to other countries in Europe. Don't know DK very well.

Good breakfast. We took the family room and it is quite small for two adults and two children, but we are satisfied. We sleep at the hotel only one night during our jurney to the north.
